FORMUS was created with the objective of optomizing the comfort and support of the user's back. FORMUS is a lumbar foam insert with an overlay that supports the back and created a certain relief at the back.

With FLEXUS, FORMUS is inserted in between the rigid structure and the upholstered cushion, and secure on the Velcro strip.

With BACKUS and CURVUS , FORMUS is inserted inside the upholstered cushion on the patient's back side and secure to the Velcro strip.
